ORDER TRACKING

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BEING CONFIRMED?

After your order is confirmed, our teamwilbegin preparing your items with care. Each order is checked, packed, and arranged forinternational shipment from Hong Kong.


Once your parcelhas been dispatched. you will receivea shipping confirmation emailwith tracking details. From there, you canmonitor your order until it arrives at your destination.

INCONSISTENT ORDER

fyou receive an item that does not match your order, suchas the wrong size, colour, style, or a missing item, please contactus as soonas possible.


Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the item or package received. Our customer service team will review the issuecarefully and assist you with a suitable solution.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER GETTING A REFUND. WHAT CANI DO?

In some cases,a parcel may still arrive after a refund has already been processed, especially ifit was delayed intransit.

If this happens, please contact our customer service teamwith your order number. We wil guide you through the next steps and help

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.


Once an order has been confrned and prepared for shipment, we may no longer be able to cancelit. If your parcelhas already beendispatched, you may need to wait until it arrives and then follow our return process.
